The fintech-based financial services company IBL Finance Limited will launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on January 09, 2024. The fixed price issue comprises only of a fresh issuance of 67.25 lakh shares worth ₹34.30 crore without any offer-for-sale component. The face value of the shares is ₹10 each and the price band is fixed at ₹51 per share. Investors can buy a minimum of 2,000 shares and in multiples thereof. IBL Finance Limited, the first SME IPO of 2024 will be listed on NSE’s small and medium enterprises segment on January 16, 2024.
