1 SME IPO opening today: Kaushalya Logistics
Kaushalya Logistics Limited, an integrated logistics services provider, is opening its initial public offering today for subscription. The issue will remain open between December 29, 2023 to January 03, 2023 on market days.
The Rs 36.60 crore offering is a combination of fresh issue of 33.8 lakh shares worth Rs 25.35 crore and an offer-for-sale of 15 lakh shares worth Rs 11.25 crore. The price band is set at Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share.
The issue will debut on the small and medium enterprises segment of NSE on January 08, 2024.
4 IPOs closing today
The subscriptions for four SME issues – Balaji Valve components, Manoj Ceramic, HRH Next Services and Akanksha Power and Infrastructure, will close today on December 29, 2023.
- Balaji Valve Components: The Rs 21.60 crore issue was subscribed 13.77 times during its first two days.
- Manoj Ceramic: The Rs 14.47 crore issue of the ceramic tiles and tile adhesives trader was subscribed 2.54 times in the first 2 days.
- HRH Next Services: The initial public issue of the BPO services provider company was subscribed 10.86 times in 2 days.
- Akanksha Power and Infrastructure: The company’s Rs 27.49 crore issue was subscribed 19.36 times in the first two days.
All four of these SME issues will list on their respective market segments on January 03, 2024.
Kay CEE Energy & Infra subscribed 47.93 times on day 1
The IPO of the Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited was subscribed 47.93 times on the first day of opening with over 34 thousand applications. It is one of the best performing IPOs in terms of subscription numbers so far in recent two weeks. The retail portion was subscribed 69.33 times, NII portion 53.42 times and QIB portion was subscribed 5.96 times as per the subscription status figures on NSE website.
AIK Pipes and Polymers IPO Allotment today
The Rs 15.02 crore issue of the pipes and fittings manufacturer was subscribed 43.57 times when it was open for subscription between December 26-28, 2023. The basis of allotment will be finalised today as per its registrar Skyline Financial Services Private Limited and the refunds/credit of shares will be completed on Monday. The issue will list on BSE SME on January 02, 2023. The investors may check the AIK Pipes and Polymers IPO allotment status of their shares on the registrar’s website.
Innova Captab IPO listing today
Innova Captab Limited, a mainboard initial public offering that was open between December 21-26, 2023, will be listed on the NSE and BSE today on 29th December 2023. The Rs 570 crore issue was subscribed 55.26 times.
