Global Pet Industries IPO allotment status today

Global Pet Industries IPO allotment status will be announced on 6th July as per the company’s IPO Prospectus filed with SEBI. Global Pet Industries Limited is a 25-year old Mumbai based Manufacturer and Exporter of Two Stage PET Stretch Blow Moulding Machine. The issue was open from 28th June to 3rd July and was subscribed 4.30 times. The company had offered a total of 2,700,000 shares aggregating up to Rs 13.23 crore, with a fixed price band of Rs 49/- at a face value of Rs 10 per share and minimum lot size of 3000 shares. Global Pet Industries IPO is a SME IPO and will be listed on NSE and BSE.
