Kfintech Cyient DLM IPO allotment status will be announced on July 05 as per the expected date mentioned in the company’s RHP. The bidders can check their Cyient DLM IPO allotment status online through its registrar KFin Technologies (Kfintech) as well aas BSE/NSE sites. The Cyient DLM IPO witnessed positive interest among the investors having been subscribed 71.35 times during its issue between June 27- June 30.
Cyient DLM IPO is a mainboard IPO valuing at Rs 592 crores. The issue offered a total of 22,339,623 equity shares at face value of Rs 10 in the price band of Rs 250 to Rs 265 per share with a lot size of 56 shares. The finalization of basis of allotment is expected on July 05. The refund initiation and credit of shares to the Demat accounts of the investors will begin on July 06 and July 07 respectively.
The IPO is set to be listed on July 10 on NSE and BSE along with ideaForge IPO.
