Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited IPO makes a stellar debut

A prominent player in EPC services sector, Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited debuted today on the small and medium enterprises segment of the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The shares of the company listed at Rs Rs 252 per share, a hefty premium of 367% over the IPO price of Rs 54. The listing was in line with the record-subscriptions it received.

Kaushalya Logistics IPO allotment out, listing on Monday

The allotment of shares for the Rs 36.60 crore IPO of Kaushalya Logistics Limited was completed earlier today. The investors can check the allotment status at registrar Skyline Financial Services website if haven’t still. The company will make its debut on the NSE SME on Monday, January 08, 2024.

Companies file IPO papers with SEBI

  • MobiKwik has filed draft papers with SEBI for its IPO. The company plans to raise Rs 700 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares without any OFS component. The company is also considering a pre-IPO placement of Rs 140 crore in consultation with its book running lead managers.
  • Sanstar Limited, an Ahmedabad-based company has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for its IPO. The company plans to raise funds through a fresh issue of 40 million shares.   • Gretex Share Broking, a Mumbai-based stock broking company has filed its DRHP with SEBI for IPO. The IPO will comprise of a fresh isue of 16.78 million shares and an OFS of 3.096 million shares. The company will list on the primary exchanges.

New Swan Multitech IPO announced

The BSE SME IPO will open on January 11, 2024 and is a book-built issue comprising of a fresh issuance of 50.16 lakh shares worth Rs 33.11 crore.
